Introduction
Hex head flange bolts are coated with a special black oxide treatment to effectively prevent corrosion and rust, and perform well in outdoor and industrial projects such as automotive, marine assembly and other machinery industries. The bolt has good performance in terms of wear resistance and sealing, so no additional washers are required, and it is easier to install than ordinary hex bolts.
Hex head flange bolts have a circular serrated flange under the head that acts as a gasket and acts to spread the load and prevent loosening. You will need a yong wrench to install this bolt. Usually a hexagonal nut is used to form a fastening device (not included in the package). It can also be used alone in assemblies with pre-threaded holes.
